Laboratories of Instrument Calibration Section
Instrument Calibration Section (ICS) of National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) offers professional calibration services, which are accredited by Taiwan Accreditation Foundation(TAF) to ISO/IEC 17025, with laboratory number of TAF0150. Eighty calibration items in various fields, including length, vibration, mass/force, pressure/vacuum, temperature/humidity, electricity, electromagnetic, flow , frequency and chemistry, are certified by TAF with traceability to NML, NIST, PTB or NPL. The quality system of ICS accredited by Hilton Systems Inc. also satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, U.S. MIL-Q-9858A, U.S. Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). The reports issued by ICS are accepted by the auditors of U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). ICS is one of few laboratories in Taiwan which have system-integration and aviation-instrument calibration capabilities. Through decades of experience in the instrumentation field, we have provided the agile and precise instrument calibration service.
