2.75 Inch Rocket

2.75 Inch Rocket

2.75 rockets are equipped in high-speed aircrafts (F-5E/F, F-16, P-3, and etc.) and low-speed helicopters (Apache, AH-64, OH-58D, and etc.). The rocket motors are fitted to various warheads and fuses which are used as air-to-air weapons to destroy the enemy’s aircrafts or air-to-ground weapons to attack the enemy’s troops. They are also fitted to various launchers for single fire or ripple fire. The effective range is 6.5 km to 8.5 km. The mechanical impact fuse in the warhead has delay function corresponding to MIL-STD-331C standards and satisfies the demand of all-weather operations in various environments. The warhead includes 1.05 kg B explosives. The rocket hits the target and then the mechanical impact fuse explodes the warhead. Each warhead fragments into thousands of high velocity killing fragments. (7500 fragments/ piercing 1.5 steel plank / casualty radius 15m)
