NCSIST has successfully used vacuum induction melting, vacuum arc re-melting, and electron beam melting technologies to develop special alloy products, such as high melting point and purity alloy, high clear alloy, high densification powder metallurgy, and etc. Advantages of these products are as follows:

• Melting point: 1700～3500℃
• Semi-conductor grade purity：better than 5N
