High Reliability Precision Electronics Manufacturing Technology

Includes:
1.Printed boards layout design and Differential pair impedance design technology:According to Mil-standards and Aerospace specification, we use workstation-level layout software to design PCB
and simulated both 50 ohm and 100 ohm differential pair design with stack arrangements.
2.Traditional Through Hole, TTH :By kitting, pre-tinning, inserting and wave soldering the traditional components, it will be completed by  hand soldering.
3.Surface Mount Technology, SMT:SMT components processed through soldering paste, auto placement and reflow soldering, it will be completed by hand soldering.
4.Development of satellite solar array modules:According to NASA-STD-8739.1B ,we assembled the solar cell and assembled solar array modules. At last solar array modules assemble to the satellite.
5.X-ray soldering check machine:check BGA soldering points.
6.Board Conformal Coating:Completed board will be cleansed, checked by Ion tester and be chemically coated, thus the completed PCA with moisture proof, anti-corrosion properties and its life cycle can be guaranteed.
