Integrated Logistics Support Technology
In the development phase, mission profiles and sustainment requirements of weapon system are fully considered. Relevant logistics parameters are quantified in advance to design in logistics requirements. Through rigorous maintenance planning and logistics support Analysis (LSA), physical support resources are verified to establish a comprehensive support framework for customers, encompassing spare parts, support & test equipment, maintenance facilities, technical manuals, training, and Packing, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T).
In the sustainment phase, a proactive role is assumed to provide maintenance support and technical assistance. Sustainment activities are digitalized to implement a life-cycle data loop, providing full visibility into the weapon system in-service status. Allowing weapon system readiness to be maintained at an affordable life cycle cost and ensuring the maximum synergy between operations and sustainment is achieved.
