National Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology (NCSIST) is honorable to participate in the International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF) taking place in Istanbul, Turkey from April 30 to May 3, 2019, which had its debut two years ago. During the decades, NCSIST has been continually upgrading the products, which have already had a proven reputation in domestic defense markets, and has successfully fortified Taiwan's national security. Preparing for IDEF, NCSIST deliberately selected 37 exhibition items to reach out to the Eurasian region expecting to attract the attention of worldwide competitors and potential partners.
Among the first, we would like to introduce the naval applications, which illustrate our adoption of critical elements to construct automatic, integrated, and survivable surface or underwater ships to cope with maritime threats. The others are all about missiles and rockets, materials and electro-optical systems and subsystems developed from relevant core technologies.

Advanced observation system, electro-optical (EO) and infrared equipment – Electro-Optical Tracking System (EOTS), Panoramic Vehicular Imaging System, Multifunction Observation System, Electro-Optical Sight System, Uncooled Thermal Imaging Sensor and Camera, MWIR Thermal Imaging Core and System, Laser Rangefinder Binocular, Portable Laser Designator (PLD).
