We possess thin-film design expertise and coating process capabilities for anti-reflection coatings, reflective coatings, and various optical filters. Our spectral coverage spans the visible, near-infrared(NIR),short-infrared(SWIR), mid-infrared(MWIR) and long-infrared(LWIR) regions. Our process capabilities are as follows:
◆Electron Beam Evaporation System: Capable of depositing anti-reflection coatings, reflective coatings, and optical filters across the visible, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR wavelength ranges.
◆Ion Beam Sputtering: Capable of producing ultra-low-loss laser mirrors and wide range of high-performance optical filters.
