Disaster Prevention and Relief System (DPRS) is a decision support system, which includes public resource management, common disaster picture, and automatically real-time public resource-disaster assignment.

In the command center, DPRS ranks the disaster by threat, assesses the need of public resource, assigns public resource to disaster area and sends the scheduling plan to the public resources.

At the public resources, DPRS can be deployed in smart phones and tablet PCs. In that way, the public resources can receive the scheduling plan and return their working status.

In a nutshell, DPRS saves public resources, speeds up the decision cycle, and reduces manpower cost.
