In NCSIST Systems Sustainment Center, the existing ILS process is streamlined to empower capability. The ILS team coordinates all elements of logistics support as well as customer-unique requirements. In addition, close attention is paid to special needs of different customers. With SSC's extensive service in development of weapon systems, we intend to work with customers to find out cost-effective ways to apply comprehensive planning in addressing client problems. The focus is on the right amount of support to meet customer readiness requirements.
