Computer Based Training System
Visual presentation and interaction design of virtual reality gain great improvement in recent years since rapid development both of software and hardware. Virtual reality technologies are applied to training in various countries to raise learning motivation, enhance learning performance of students and lower training cost. Using real equipment or training simulators for training take high cost and limited to space and time. Because of such considerations, System Sustainment Center of NCSIST started to research and develop CBT (Computer based Training) systems in 2009. We develop courseware integrated several interaction devices in various platform to provide versatile functions like teaching, practice, evaluation, fault insertion, etc. CBT systems provide high quality visual presentation and complete procedure simulation of operation and maintenance to satisfy users’ virtual reality training environment requirements in various build cost.
