Under the premise of no affecting the system’s normal service, NCSIST analyzes and estimates the grains of rocket motors influences after life time by accelerated aging. Through the estimation, the overhaul frequencies of rocket motors might be reduced during the weapon systems life cycle.

Firing tests at cold / hot temperature, simulating high / low altitude firings and case bursting to verify the mechanical integrity after firing.
RM vibration cycles simulate the spectrum and level of vibrations undergone by RM when carried captive under fighter.
Ejection tests simulate the shock undergone by RM when ejected from the fighter during the firing sequence.
