Introduction of Integrated Test System

In order to intercept the aircraft, cruise or ballistic missile accurately, an antiaircraft missile must has one clever brain to command the missile’s flight and track the flying target perfectly. The guided control section (GCS) of an antiaircraft missile exactly plays the role. The mission of integrated test system (ITS) provides a high reliable system to verify the quality in the phase of research or production.
The ITS executes many tests and simulations for the GCS which include electricity, communication, telemetry, and signal control in the normal condition. With the measurements, feedback, and response, the ITS can automatically analyze these data and check whether the GCS pass or fail. Since there are many modules like radar, communication, navigation, and telemetry subsystems in the GCS, the ITS must provide corresponding test program set (TPS) to meet the test requirement. The ITS mainly adopts the off-the-shelf instruments to construct the system. For the special test requirement which is not off-the-shelf, the ITS team also uses software-defined radio (SDR) or virtual machine (VM) technologies to fulfill the specific TPS. Using these advanced technologies, the cost, weight, and volume of the ITS will be substantially reduced.
In recent years, the ITS has evolved to a general platform which can test several types of GCS by changing the specific TPS and revising minor hardware. The general-platform for ITS not only makes cost down for customers, but also expands the applications to other fields. In the future, our team can use the ITS to provide customized test service for customers. Furthermore, we can also use the advanced technology to build a customized ATE for customers. To fulfill all the customer requirements is our aspiring goal!
