Maybe from the appearance view, it is thought to be similar to the one developed by other country, but from the engineering procedure view, flying vehicle fly in the air, if the performance requirements、operation scenarios and limited conditions are similar, the designed appearance should be very similar. It's the same situation in every country. There are many real examples and this phenomenon should be understood by engineers.
